Promontory Boundary and Topographic Survey

Element Land surveying was asked to prepare a topographic survey to aid in the design of a new home. While performing the survey, one property corner was missing and needed to be replaced. A boundary survey was then prepared along with the topographic survey and per Utah state code, a record of survey was recorded with Summit County.
