Boundary Survey

Element Land Surveying was asked to perform a boundary survey and to create a legal description for a parcel of land located in Heber City. The overall piece of property was listed for sale and the family had decided to keep a small piece of property that had a barn located on it. The property had been in their family for several years and portions of the property had been deeded to family over the years. Due to the age of the deeds and the original section corners no longer existing, the boundary presented several challenges. The final result was a new boundary for the overall parcel of land along with a description of the barn parcel which was later deeded to family before the property was sold.
